Dennis Eckersley is a former relief pitcher for the Boston Red Sox. He has been part of two world championship teams, the 1986 World Series Champion Red Sox and the 2005 World Series Champion Red Sox. Dennis was a member of the American League All Star team in 1998 and 1999 and he won the AL Rolaids Relief Man of the Year Award in 1998 and 1999. He is currently a baseball analyst and pitch coach for ESPN.
