Dean Devlin is an American film director, producer, writer, actor, and entrepreneur. He is currently involved with the production of "Stargate Universe" for Syfy Channel. Dean's previous projects include "The Omen" for 20th Century Fox, "Lone Ranger" and "Geostorm" for Warner Bros., and "Vacancy" and "WOOF" for Disney. He has also produced several films including the sci-fi thriller "Transcendence", the drama "12 Monkeys", and the futuristic thriller "Electric Dreams: The World of George Orwell"
