Dawn Hammill is a senior lecturer in creative writing at the University of Northumbria, where she teaches fiction and creative non-fiction courses to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. She is an active member of the online community for writers, StorySPIN, and is currently working on her second novel, which is set in the world of creative writing. She has worked in journalism, publishing, and creative writing in England, Canada, and Australia.
