Daniel Polansky is the author of the acclaimed Wayward Children trilogy of novels, as well as a whole host of short fiction, essays and poems. His most recent novel is The House of Binding Thorns, which was a finalist for the Bram Stoker Award for Best Novel, and has been translated into many languages. His stories have appeared in various anthologies, including Chuck Palahniuk's Haunted Stories (Changeling Press), John Langan's Tales to Terrify (Night Shade Books), and The Year’s Best Horror Stories (Black Coat Press).
