Clare Morgan is a writer and a teacher. She has a PhD in Creative Writing from Liverpool University and has been teaching for over twenty years. She has written for various newspapers and magazines, including The Good Life, The Big Issue, Woman's Own, Mindful, and The Times Literary Supplement. Her book, A Year of Spiritual Living was published by HarperCollins in January 2011
Clare is also the owner of Living With Purpose, a company that teaches mindfulness exercises to promote personal growth and wellbeing.
