Charles Handy is a British organizational theorist, and one of the most influential thinkers in management. Handy is a Professor in the School of Management and in the Department of Organization and Management at the University of Surrey in England. He is also Professor Emeritus at the London Business School in London, where he was a professor for 25 years. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Organization Studies, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the European Management Academy.
