Bryan Talbot is a graphic novelist and comic book artist, and creator of the "The New Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" series. He has been nominated for multiple Eisner Awards for Best Graphic Album, and won the Harvey Award for Best New Talent in 2006. In 2006 he was also awarded the British Fantasy Society's International Award for Best International Artist. In 2007, he won the Eagle Award for "Best Graphic Artist", and was named as one of "The 25 Most Influential People in Comics" by Time Magazine.
