Azita Ghanizada is a journalist and a columnist for the semi-official Iranian newspaper, "Etemad-e Melli" (The Nation). She has been a resident of Iran since 1977 and has been a journalist ever since. Her articles have been published in "Etemad-e Melli", "Siasat-e No", "Iran", "Sharq", "Mardom Salari", "Fars News Agency", "Shargh Daily", "Seyasat Iran" and other newspapers. Azita is the author of numerous articles on politics, human rights, women's issues, women's rights abuses, censorship, religious persecution and discrimination against women in IRAN
