Arthur Lydiard, one of the world's most influential coaches, was the founder of revolutionary training systems which have revolutionized training. These systems are based upon the principles of Arthur Lydiard, which were formulated at Arthur Lydiard's Centre for Exercise and Sport Science in Christchurch, New Zealand in the late 1950s. Arthur's training methods are now used by many professional athletes, including several Olympians.
