Anna Sheehan was born in the small town of Halston, Wisconsin, and raised in the suburbs of Madison, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Wisconsin at Madison and received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Anna spent her first 13 years as a therapist and has always had a passion for working with people. After graduating from graduate school, she relocated to San Francisco to begin her career as a life coach
Anna later founded an after school program for children with special needs and work as a life coach for adults struggling with challenges such as depression, anxiety, and addiction.
