But how can you be sure? When you see a name on a quote, do you think it is the original author? How do you know if the person who wrote it is trustworthy or not? Do they have a history of online activity? If they are voicing positive sentiments, then maybe they are genuine, but what about negative ones? How do you know if a person is making a sincere statement or trying to sound positive for the sake of promoting their product, blog, or company? We all want to hear messages that inspire us and offer advice that makes us feel better about ourselves, but we don’t want to be duped into believing something that isn’t authentic. We want to be able to trust the messages we read and learn from them.
