This quote is actually something that I wrote in response to an old Facebook status. My friends were returning from a concert and they posted this status. I thought it was hilarious. It’s pretty well known that false reports of monsters can be near-death experiences or that there are any number of imaginary creatures who sing to lure victims into watery graves.
But, did you also know there are also women who sing to lure victims to their death? There are no Sirens or Undines or Bananarama tribute bands (although, if I could make one, I would call it the B-B-B-Bananarama tribute band), but there are many women who sing to lure the unsuspecting into the sea. We aren’t talking about death by singing, but death by drowning.
