If we seek solace in the prisons of the distant past Security in human systems we're told will always always last Emotions are the sail and blind faith is the mast Without the breath of real freedom we're getting nowhere

About This Quote

No matter how far back we look, there are no current security systems that can compare with the security systems of the past. We are told that the only way to secure our nation is to continue to build bigger and stronger prisons. That's what they are doing. They are building bigger and stronger prisons.

The fact is that human systems are limited by human nature. When emotions are running rampant, prison guards will be left totally helpless. Blind faith in security systems leads to people being imprisoned for something they didn't do or simply don't understand.

Freedom without feeling will lead to imprisonment by technology and mind control.
