The American way of life is not inevitable, however people are missing out on many things that are available to them because they are too focused on making money. The truth of the matter is that the American way of life has not always been the way of life. It was only after the first world war that it became the norm, and it took 50 years to roll this change over. If you take a look at the last 50 years you can see that there was a major shift in how people live their lives.
