About This Quote

When night falls, dreams can take us to places we’ve never been before. Dreams let us explore the most beautiful of our fantasies. It is when we dream that we are able to understand the myths that have been forgotten by the day. This means that when we sleep, our mind is actively working on its own, sorting through what it has experienced in the day and putting things in order.

When I’m dreaming I am seeing things that my conscious mind has never seen before. This is why when someone tells me a story, I will often say that it sounds like something I would dream about.
