About This Quote

I love this saying as it is a great reminder to always be a good person and a good person is one who helps others. If you go to hell for the company, it would be a horrible place to have been sent to. The climate obviously refers to the environment of the abode. In the Bible there is a story of a man who was sent to hell for no reason at all! He’d been good and had done everything right.

When he went there, he found that he was in a burning hot place with demons that were torturing him all day long. The only way out was through a river of fire. Even though he wanted to go back, he was afraid of going back through the fire and finally decided to go home.

He said, “Ah, I realized that going home is more horrible than going to hell!”
