This is true, but because I signed the contract and fulfilled my obligation to fight one of America’s wars, I am entitled to speak, to say, I belong to a fucked situation. George Bernard Shaw once said , "A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty." Well, this could also describe someone who has been diagnosed with depression. It doesn't matter how bad the situation may be or how dark it seems to be, if that person has made any mistakes or not followed through with their treatment plans, they are entitled to feel sorrowful about it. However, this person shouldn't just sit around feeling sorry for themselves all day long.

Since they know they took action when they could have avoided it or done things differently now, now they are entitled to make their own decisions regarding their treatment plan until it is time for them to see their doctor again. They are also entitled to expect their doctor will make sure they are doing everything possible for them throughout their treatment plan. It's much better that way rather than letting depression continue on its course without any intervention until the end comes.
