It's okay to accept things from people. It doesn't make you weak or helpless.

About This Quote

I have a friend who is a very good person. She's kind, thoughtful and willing to help others in need. When she receives gifts from people, she feels happy and appreciative. This is a good thing, because receiving gifts from people shows that they care about her.

But she does not accept them from people unless she really wants to. This means that even though she's a good person, it's okay to accept things from people that you don't really want or need. Sometimes, when we don't need something from someone, accepting it from them doesn't make us weak or helpless.

It shows that we're mature and confident enough to know when we don't need something.
