Worthy is a song by The Fray from their second studio album "Scars and Stories". This song is the only song that the band did not play live during their March 2010 concert tour. The chorus of Worthy is: "I love you/ I choose you/ every day I wake up and I choose you/ again, and again, and again/ but if you cannot feel, and if you never feel this, then know: I do not love you." In the music video, a young man about to get on a bus stands on a platform waiting for a woman to say goodbye. When she finally does, he runs towards her while the door closes. But he doesn't make it in time and he falls off of the platform.

He gets up and tries to run after her but she is already gone. He tries to get on the bus but the doors close before he can reach them. His face then shows cracks of pain as he cries.

A baby carriage then appears with his name on it and slowly rolls down the street while he watches it in sadness. A young girl in a red dress passes by and looks at him in sorrow. Eventually he walks away from the baby carriage holding his hands over his face with tears falling down his cheeks.

Then there's a shot of him getting on a bus again while still holding his hands over his eyes showing more cracks of pain. The music video was nominated at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards for Best Rock Video, losing to Foo Fighters' "Best of You". The song itself won Best Rock Song at the 2010 Grammy Awards.
