About This Quote

A few years ago, I worked on a project that was run by a person who constantly criticized the people he worked with. He was constantly working to find someone who he thought wasn’t pulling their weight. It seems that he constantly found someone to pick on and criticize. It was hard for me to believe that anyone would work for this person, but I kept working on the project because the money they paid us was excellent.

Every now and then I would see my co-worker and hear about how this person would constantly criticize them. After some time, they started avoiding this person. As you can imagine, I was delighted to not work with that person.
