About This Quote

I have never been able to resist a book about books. It may be hard to believe, but I have never been able to resist a book about books. I always have to read the book where one of the characters is reading a book. The irony is that I am so good at resisting books about books! Every time I put down a book, I’ll feel the urge to pick up another one about books. These are the books that are written for other people, not for me.
