You have to be comfortable in your own skin. You have to love yourself. If you are not comfortable being yourself, you will always feel like you are trying too hard. You will feel like there is someone else out there who is better than you.

This is one of the most important things that I have learned in my time of being happy. You have to love yourself for everything that you are. There are no set standards of beauty or how you should look, just accept who you are and be happy with it.

If I was not comfortable being myself I would have felt the same way about the way I looked.
