Janna LevinI don't believe that math and nature respond to democracy. Just because very clever people have rejected the role of the infinite, their collective opinions, however weighty, won't persuade mother nature to alter her ways. Nature is never wrong.

Albert Einstein was an extremely brilliant man who wrote over 6,000 pages about his ideas, theories, and discoveries. However, when it came to politics he was also very insightful. Einstein knew that democracy never worked in the long run because it was not able to persuade nature to change her ways. It is true that nature is never wrong, but sometimes she is not the most logical.
For example, there was a time in which nature ran out of water, thus causing several scientists to try and create rain for farming purposes. After many failures they eventually found the answer: electricity. The idea was that electricity would be able to generate rain by creating clouds in the atmosphere.
The scientists did not know that electricity would have to be sent over a hundred miles to be effective. Later on, water was found in abundance once supplies of electricity were created. One can only imagine what could have happened if it wasn’t for the march of human intelligence overcoming nature's obstacle.
