Walt Disney CompanyI would rather entertain and hope that people learned something than educate people and hope they were entertained
About This Quote
As a teacher, I feel that my most important job is to entertain my students. In the classroom, I don’t want to present information, I want to make it fun and interesting. In order for an educator to do this, he must know how to make people think and feel. If you can make a person feel that what you are saying is important and that they need to learn more, they will be far more motivated to learn. It can be very difficult, however, to teach a person something if you haven’t learned it yourself.
