The only way to change your life is to go out of your comfort zone. You can't stay in your comfort zone and expect to make a difference in the world. If you are the same person in every way, how are you supposed to make a difference? It's easy for people who are already successful to say that you just need to get out of your comfort zone, but that isn't true at all. For example, if someone is very good at something, it's very easy for them to say that you just need to keep doing it until you get better.

That's not always true. It takes constant effort to get better at things, especially when you're working on them for the first time. If you don't want to stay in the same place and do the same things over and over again, then you can't expect to get anywhere.
