This quote is from the beginning of the Naruto anime series. In this show, many ninja become Genin after graduating from Ninja Academy. Genin are ninja in training and this quote is from Shikamaru Nara, a member of Team 8. He is talking to Naruto Uzumaki, who is less than one year older than him.

He says that one day Naruto will be like him, having his own team and treating them to ramen. While Shikamaru doesn't know it yet, Naruto will become the Hokage (leader) of Konoha one day.
