About This Quote
The Bible tells us that no mere mortal can do what the Son of man did. When Jesus was on the cross, there were people all around Him who could have saved Him. However, none of them would touch Him or speak to Him. Everyone was afraid of what would happen if they did speak to Him.
What happened next was incredible. Jesus looked up at God and said, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." This is the power of the cross. It is life changing to know that God loves you enough to forgive you no matter what you have done wrong.
