About This Quote

When I was younger I did the same thing every day. I did everything for my mum to make her happy. I would serve her, clean up, take care of her so she wouldn't have to. I did all the things that I could to make her happy, but when she died, I didn't feel anything.

The day she was gone, all I felt was sadness and emptiness. But now, after all these years, when I think about what I did for her while she was alive, it makes me cry because it makes me realize how much she meant to me.
