I want you to know that this poem is not about the story of the world. It is about my life. For me, the stars are constantly changing. They are always swirling around in their orbits high above our heads, constantly moving in their endless dance.
The stars are constantly moving in their orbit, constantly changing with time. Sometimes they are illuminated by our suns, other times they are obscured by clouds. But when the clouds pass away, the stars become illuminated again with the light of our suns.
So too do we change with time. Sometimes we are illuminated by love and kindness, other times we are blinded by hate and cruelty. We must learn to see with compassion for both ourselves and others if we hope to live in peace.
