To be unbroken, what would that be? If words that were spoken, had not shattered me. This is a true story of a young man named Matt. He was a beautiful boy, but his father was abusive and made him feel like he wasn't good enough. The day he said this he was 13 years old and living in Australia.
When his mother discovered this she told him to go down to the kitchen and make some tea. She said, "Sometimes when I feel like I can't take any more you need to make me a tea and then we will talk." He did as he was told and went into the kitchen and sat at the table and waited for her to come into the kitchen. He stood up when he realized she hadn't come in yet and walked over to the sink and turned on the tap.
The water started running out of the tap very slowly and when it stopped he heard her voice in his head saying: "You must not break."
