It don't do you no nevermind to tell nobody nothing. This is one of my favorite quotes, because it is so true. It doesn't do you any good to tell people what is bothering you or how bad things are for you. If you think about it, this is not right.

Nobody wants to hear your problems and nobody wants to feel like they don't care about you, but telling people what's wrong with you or what's on your mind can help them out tremendously. If people know that there is something wrong with you then they will try to help you out the best way they can.
