About This Quote

The idea that we can read the will of God in our own life is a very interesting concept. It is so simple and so profound at the same time. The bible states: “Conscience is the light by which we interpret the will of God in our own lives.” When we read this scripture in context, it makes perfect sense. God gives us free will with which to make decisions in all aspects of our lives.

We must then use that free will to choose what’s right and what’s wrong with respect to our actions. In other words, we have a right and an obligation to do what is right based on what God has revealed to us through His word in the Bible. We can’t make a decision for ourselves without a clear understanding of how it’s in line with God’s will in our life
