The story of Jesus Christ is one of love, compassion, sacrifice and forgiveness. The story starts in the "Miserable Kingdom" in the book of Matthew, chapter 4. There Jesus tells his disciples that he is about to leave them to go to the Father in heaven. He will return to earth again but this time, he will return with a loving people, a caring people and a forgiving people.
In verse 16-17 he says that the disciples will tell the people to repent and be baptized in order for them to enter into his kingdom. In verse 25-26 he says that only those who are good will enter into his kingdom while those who are evil will be cast out. In verse 27-28 he says that the meek shall inherit the earth and all those who mourn over their sins shall be comforted.
In verse 29-30 he says that whoever believes in him shall have eternal life while anyone who doesn't believe in him shall be condemned to hell where they will be held forever.In verses 31-32 he says that God loves everyone but forgives everyone because God can forgive everyone because that's who God truly is. In verse 33-34, Jesus tells his disciples he is going back up to heaven because he has completed what was required of him on earth.When you read the Bible from start to finish, you see how much God loves us and how much God forgives us when we sin against him because we were created by a loving Heavenly Father.
