That is why humans resist life. To be alive is the biggest fear humans have. Death is not the biggestfear we have. We all know this but without a proper plan to deal with death, we deny it and pretend that it is not going to happen.
Unfortunately, no matter how hard we try, we cannot avoid the eventuality of death. The only thing that we can do is to deal with it as best as we can so that it does not take away our joy of living.
