Sometimes I forget myself in a book. And when i have to stop reading it takes me a minute to remember where I am. Or who I am.

When you are reading a book, you are not yourself. You are in another world, another place. Sometimes you forget that, or at least it’s hard to remember. I know this is true for me because when I have to stop reading a book I have to remind myself where I am and who I am.

This happens every time I put the book down, but it doesn’t bother me. It’s just part of being alive.
