Nothing is real is the first out of the first four lines of the poem by T.S. Eliot. These lines are essentially saying that nothing is real, you cannot actually know anything because everything is only an illusion. If you think something, or someone is real, it can be easily proven wrong. The only thing that our mind will hold onto are our ideas of what is real and what is not.
