This quote is a great example of the power of repetition and visualization to change our world and ourselves. The author is saying that we can control our own thoughts and world by repeating the same thing over and over again into that world. She is talking about her desire to go outside and play in the rain, but she wants it to be like she wants it to be, not like reality is. She says "just no sun" as if she can magically make it as if it is real, but she has to realize that the sun will still be there during her play time.
