It costs a man just as much or even more to go to hell than to come to heaven. Narrow, exceedingly narrow is the way to perdition!

About This Quote

This quote from the Bible is a statement about a man’s choice to leave his family and friends behind to go to hell. It’s a very sad thing to see a father or mother or a brother or sister or a child going down to hell. But, the Bible says that people who choose to leave their families and go to hell can do so without any regret. In other words, it’s not because they didn’t want God to be with them in heaven that they chose to go to hell. The choice was theirs and it was one that they were happy with.
