Let me nurture my wings, for I was born to fly.

About This Quote

When you are young, you have so much energy to be able to run and play. As you grow older, you have to learn how to conserve energy so that you can have enough left in the tank when it’s time to take flight. When I was younger, I could do everything and was happy to do it. However, as I grew older and had more responsibilities, I had less energy. So, I learned how to nurture my wings and make sure that they were ready and able to fly when the time came.
