The morning is often a stressful time for many people because of the hectic nature of waking up, getting ready for work, and traveling to work. But even if you aren’t in a rush to get to work or school, there are still challenges that can be found in the morning. For instance, you might have to get out of bed at 5:00 AM just to be able to get to work on time. Or maybe you have to wake up at 6:00 AM because your alarm doesn’t go off on time.
