Saying that anger doesn’t solve anything is a very unfortunate way to end a conversation. If you say this, it’s as if there is something wrong with you for being angry, and you’re saying that anger isn’t worth it. This is not at all the case. Anger may not be the best way to solve problems or even express yourself, but if you don’t express yourself and keep things bottled up inside of you, they will build up and eventually explode.
