As a child, I spent hours upon hours on the beaches of Southern California. I would spend so much time searching for seashells and studying their messages. They were like messages from the sea and every time I would find a new message, I would read and re-read it. On that day, I was living out my childhood dream and that is what keeps me coming back to this beach every year, no matter how many times it rains.
