The natural resources of the world do not belong to any person, organization, collective, or so-called nation.

About This Quote

Even though many people or groups have the power to put up their claim on the natural resources of the world, it is never good to be in possession of something that only belongs to us. We should always be cautious when it comes to natural resources. A great example of this would be oil. Before, one could only produce oil in their own country.

Now, with technology, anyone can produce oil in their own country. But today, oil is not limited to small countries that are rich in oil; it belongs to all of us. All of us that use or consume gas and electricity.

All of us who use the highway system for transportation and all of us who enjoy the fruits of an oil-based economy. Our world is becoming more dependent on our natural resources.
