The woods were my Ritalin. Nature calmed me, focused me, and yet excited my senses.

About This Quote

When I was a child, my mother often took me with her when she went on walks in the woods. It was during these childhood excursions that she would bring me along with her when she went on walks in the woods. While our walk was not nearly as adventurous as some of her outdoor excursions, it was a great way for me to release some of the stress of my day and to feel relaxed in a quiet place where I could focus on nature.
