The body is a complicated thing. We are made up of two different types of tissues, muscles and bones, which are balanced by other tissues, called connective tissues. The problem is that the human body has both muscle and bone tissue in the same location. It would be like having an electrical cord, hooked up to a light bulb, with another electrical cord running through the middle of it.

This would cause the two cords to get tangled up. Conversely, if there were no fire for fire to burn, then there could be no heat. This is what happens when you have opposing forces working together.
