For example, we can find ourselves stuck in a bad job where we feel like we are trapped and there is no way out.
Or we may find ourselves hurt and unsure of what to do next. The key to joy is the knowledge that things will get better. However, it is important to remember that there are many different kinds of joy.
Some kinds of joy come from experiences such as special events such as birthdays or holidays. Other kinds of joy come from things such as love, friendship, and family ties. The important thing is that we do everything we can to reach our goal of happiness and joy no matter what kind it happens to be or who it comes from.
