Humanity does not ask us to be happy. It merely asks us to be brilliant on its behalf. Survival first, then happiness as we can manage it.

About This Quote

Humanity does not ask us to be happy. It merely asks us to be brilliant on its behalf. Survival first, then happiness as we can manage it. I always believe that every person has the ability to be happy without any conditions or expectations, but that’s just my opinion.

Even for those who are happy, one day they may face a challenge that seems insurmountable. The challenge may be a disease or a tragedy that was out of their control. In such a situation, friends and family will all try to help them by offering support and encouragement, but they can never truly understand what the person is going through.

If someone is going through a really tough time, they may feel like no one understands them or even cares about them. The best thing to do is take a step back and realize that everyone is trying to help and give you the support you need.
