He is best known for his roles as Detective Bobby "Duckles" Dodge on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, as the voice of Blake on The Boondocks, and as Gabriel on The Following. Winter has also provided voices for several animated series, including the role of Zev Lovett in the Archer television series. Winter was born in Los Angeles, California.
