Silvan Schweber is a life-long writer, best known for his editorial work, but also known for his short stories, novels and screenplays. As a journalist, he has written for radio, television, newspapers and magazines; as well as CDs and stage plays. His first novel, The Brass Bullet , was published in 2004. During the past two years he has published three books: The Glass Eye (a psychological thriller), A Temptation for Fire (a science fiction novel) and The Serpent's Teeth (a crime drama)
Since 2002, Silvan has worked as an editor with the German publication of "Rolling Stone" magazine. This is where he met his future collaborator, Walter Moers.
