Mann is a novelist and screenwriter who has penned the dark fiction series The Paramedics, The Parasol Protectorate, and The Dreadful Lemon Sky (The Parasol Protectorate Book 2), as well as the dystopian YA series The Outcasts (The Parasol Protectorate Book 3). He is also the author of the novel C.O.D., which was named a USA Today Best Book of 2010 and an Indie Next Pick for 2011. The book was also named one of the best books in 2013 by Publishers Weekly and in 2014 by Kirkus Reviews
